Mixed Ability Mat

Perfect for those who have recently practiced Pilates. These are matwork based but may also include the band, light hand weights,  small overball and tennis balls/spikey balls. The focus will be working on stamina, strength and a higher level of concentration and co ordination.

The course covers the fundamentals of Pilates including:   IMG_8311

  • Techniques of Breathing
  • Learning how to connect your Centre
  • Understanding correct Alignment
  • Understanding Stability and Mobility of Joints
  • Introduction of flowing movements

There is a maximum of 12 clients to a class.
