Beginners/Improver classes are ideally suited to clients that are new to Pilates or clients who have had a long break due to lifestyle changes or injury. The course covers the fundamentals of Pilates including:
- Techniques of Breathing
- Learning how to connect your Centre
- Understanding correct Alignment
- Understanding Stability and Mobility of Joints
- Introduction of flowing movements
There is a maximum of 12 clients to a class.
Paid in advance half termly at £10 per session.
All equipment is supplied, however you are more than welcome to bring your own mat, towel and water.
