Private Sessions focus on the clients specific needs. This can be useful after injury or before or after sporting events. These personalised sessions can help you reach your goal quicker.
All new clients are required to attend a 1:1 class before joining an established class where a body analysis and medical history can be taken. The fundamentals of Pilates will also be practised so the client is adequately equipped to join the class that is best suited to them.
